Frankie Teardrop by Suicide really shook me when I first (and never since) listened to it alone in my tiny basement college apartment.

Wasn't a bad trip per se, but I once had a sudden ego death experience on mushrooms while listening to the St. Matthew's Passion by Bach, which freaked everyone out more than me. So, I think about that everytime I listen to the Passion, but it hasn't really ruined the piece for me.
