what's an album that you connected with spiritually, emotionally, maybe even physically?

wilco's yankee hotel foxtrot does it for me. layered, gorgeous, and emotional, the lyrics punch in ways that really speak to the masochistic and maybe somewhat paradoxic tendency of the human to view the significant but melancholic as comforting and pleasant.

Exmilitary by Death Grips.
It helped give voice to very dark feelings I had at the time. A sort of anger outsourcing if you will.

Maybe it's a cheap answer to choose such a highly praised album. But every time I listen I am surprised with the strength of the emotions I feel and the start to finish experience of listening to this beautiful music.
