Play slower and stay in time. Doesn't matter if you can hit all the notes if you hit them without rhythm

It's a spatial intelligence issue, that's just not my strong suit. I have made this post as a eulogy. Any time I learn some fretboard mapping technique I forget it immediately. The best player I've ever met was colorblind. I'm fucked because my brain can tell the difference between green and teal instead of picking up spatial patterns.
